Cloina is a concept-driven stylist with over eight years of expertise working within different areas of the fashion industry. Prior to graduating from Columbia College with a BFA in Design and Fashion Business, Cloina was the off-figure stylist for a Chicago e-commerce start-up. She then began working within the commercial film world, styling for clients such as Target’s TOMY Toys and Kmart. She can make the cross-over between commercial advertising and avant-garde editorials flawlessly. With commercial clients such as Nike, Hurley, ComEd, Fjallraven, and Pinterest, she has become accustomed to researching and learning her client’s brand aesthetic. Her editorial work can be found in publications throughout the world including Vogue Italia, Toksick Magazine and PUMP Magazine. She strives to produce thought provoking editorial work, while redefining the way we wear and perceive garments. She has brought these two worlds together while working on collaboration projects such as NikeLab and GYAKUSOU’s recent running collection, as well as, NikeLab and Riccardo Tisci’s latest ready-to-wear capsule collection. Cloina craves fast-paced environments, the ability to create with her hands and all things design. In the past year, she has begun to explore the other components of the creative world such as set design, and prop styling. When she is not on set, she is creating social media content for the fashion brand LAMBERT, obsessing over local emerging designers and constructing fashion pieces for herself.
